By purchasing any service from Digital Growth Technology, you enter into a legally binding agreement for the selected digital marketing, web development, application development, design, or consulting services.
Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has commenced. Once a project has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any work completed, resources allocated, or third-party expenses incurred up to the cancellation date will be chargeable and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been delivered, completed, or are actively in progress. This includes, but is not limited to:
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Google Ads & Paid Advertising Campaigns
Website Design & Development
E-Commerce Development
Mobile Application Development
Graphic Design & Branding
Content Creation & Marketing
Digital Consulting Services
A refund may only be considered if Digital Growth Technology is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to the Company.
The following costs are strictly non-refundable:
Domain registration fees
Web hosting charges
Third-party software subscriptions
Advertising spend on Google, Meta, or other platforms
Premium themes, plugins, licenses, or external tools purchased for the project
Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the payment date. The request should clearly state the reason for the refund and include relevant supporting information. Digital Growth Technology reserves the right to review the request and may seek additional details before making a decision.
All refund requests are evaluated individually. Approval or rejection of a refund request shall be at the sole discretion of Digital Growth Technology. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
